It is possible to submit the reports online using the form below

The LKC Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH complaints portal allows you to submit complaints in connection with human rights and/or environmental due diligence obligations. In particular, this includes non-compliance with due diligence obligations set forth in the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.
The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act has been in force since 01.01.2023. It is intended to ensure transparency and sustainable, fair working conditions by making large companies responsible for human rights and the environment. This applies not only in relation to their own business operations, but also across their supply chains – i.e. outside Germany too. Part of this responsibility includes implementing a complaints system that the company’s own employees and those of its suppliers can use to report non-compliance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, e.g. in the event unsafe working conditions are encountered.
Moreover, the complaints portal is also open to receiving information beyond the scope of the Whistleblower Protection Act and Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, insofar as this concerns companies for which LKC Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH acts as a general whistleblower reporting office.
Further information on the complaints procedure can be found in the respective rules of procedure of the company/organisation/institution.
The online complaints procedure takes you step by step through the reporting process. After submitting the report, you will receive confirmation of receipt. Should you have any queries, please let us know how we can contact you. If you wish to remain completely anonymous, you must contact us using an alias e-mail address.
The report you submit will only be viewed by experienced lawyers (lawyer of trust). The lawyer of trust will inform the appointed contact person at the company/organisation/institution about the content of the reports, provided they are relevant with regard to the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act or in any other way. We will only disclose your identity if you have expressly consented to this.
Employees and business partners – together with other external third parties (hereinafter also referred to as “whistleblowers”) – are able use the complaints procedure to report human rights and environmental risks to an ombudsperson/lawyer of trust. The same applies to reporting non-compliance with human rights and environmental obligations and other grievances that have arisen in our client’s business area or across our client’s supply chains. This can take place anonymously if expressly requested. Whistleblowers are not charged for using this facility.
We treat the information provided as strictly confidential and – if expressly requested – anonymously. Whistleblowers are not charged for using this facility. As ombudspersons/lawyers of trust, we always act as independent lawyers and are not bound by any instructions issued by our commissioning company.
Provided you do not enter any data that could be used to identify you, this procedure guarantees sufficient protection of your anonymity.
Please complete the following form if you would like to make a complaint/disclosure.
Please also remember that making a complaint/disclosure can have negative consequences for employees, business partners and other stakeholders. You should therefore exercise the utmost diligence when making a complaint/disclosure.
Initially, we will ask you whether you wish to make a complaint/disclosure or seek our advice as a lawyer of trust.
You can then decide whether you wish to make a complaint/disclosure in your own name or remain anonymous.
We then follow this up by enquiring about confidentiality.
You must then specify the company for which we are acting as a lawyer of trust/complaints office.
We will then ask for your personal information or a pseudonym and your e-mail address.
Following this, we will ask about the content of your report. Please word your complaint/disclosure such that we or our client company are able to follow up the complaint/disclosure.
You can also send a file, e.g. a photo, as an attachment. Please remember that the information you provide may allow us to identify you personally.
Provided you do not enter any data that could be used to identify you, this website guarantees – from a technical perspective – that your anonymity is protected. We give you our assurance that we are only interested in the information you disclose/complaint.
For all other issues, please refer to the rules of procedure of the commissioning company.
